DORA VERDE, CPA, CIA
SENIOR MANAGER

Dora Verde has been with MRC since 2014. She serves as a senior manager on our engagements. At MRC, Dora has served our non-profit and governmental clients and has planned, performed and supervised many engagements for them. She served as a Partner for a local CPA firm for 30 years. She also spent 5 years serving as Chief of Internal Audit for San Antonio Water Systems.

Dora received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting in 1978 from the University of Texas at San Antonio and is licensed by the Texas State Board of Public Accountancy. She is also a Certified Internal Auditor.

She is a member of the AICPA, Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants, San Antonio Chapter of Certified Public Accountants, Institute of Internal Auditors, and a member of the National Association of Corporate Directors. She has served and continues to serve in leadership rolls on various boards.
