LEE KELLEY, CPA
SENIOR MANAGER

Lee serves as a senior manager on engagements and supervises the work of the staff and conducts a large portion of the work himself. He works closely with Milo to assure a well-run engagement. Lee recently joined MRC and brings more than 40 years of experience to the team. His experience in corporate finance, acquisitions, global corporate, and tax accounting has proven invaluable to the firm.

Lee received a BBA in accounting in 1978 from the University of Texas Austin and is licensed by the Texas State Board of Public Accountancy. He is a member to the American Institute of CPAs, Texas Society of CPAs, and the San Antonio Chapter of CPAs.
