JANICE WILLIAMS, CPA, CIA
MANAGER

Jan serves as a manager on the engagement and supervises the work of the staff, as well as conduct a large portion of the work herself. She works closely with Milo to assure a well-run engagement. Jan recently joined MRC, but her prior 35 years of work experience has given her the knowledge in auditing governmental and nonprofit entities and working in a fast paced environment.

Jan received a BBA in accounting in 1980 from the University of Texas at Austin and is licensed in the State of Texas. She is a certified internal auditor (CIA), certified government auditing professional (CGAP), Chartered Global Management Accountant, and a Project Management Professional. She is a member of the AICPA, Institute of Internal Auditors, and the Institute of Management Accountant and is also on the board of the Institute of Management Accountants and on the Finance Committee for Incarnate Word High School.
